In 2010, director Gabriella Bier wrote an article for the national Danish newspaper Politiken. Gabriella wrote not only on how Love During Wartime came to be, but especially on how she herself experiences and reflects on a tragic love story that takes place in the middle of one of the world’s most enduring conflicts.
